Getting Started with Setu

Setu is a managed website service. Setu builds and deploys your website. You do not build the site yourself.

How Setu works

Setu runs a managed onboarding process before your site goes live.

CMS access starts only after setup payment, build completion, and subscription activation.

Team invites are locked until those same activation conditions are met.

Onboarding flow

1

Create your Setu account and submit basic business details.

  • Use your work email
  • Confirm your contact details
  • Finish account verification
2

Request a demo

Tell us about your business goals, timeline, and required pages.

  • Submit your request from your account
  • Share your current site or references if available
  • Include your preferred launch window
3

Demo and approval

Setu reviews your request and runs a live product demo.

  • We walk through scope, fit, and process
  • If approved, we move to website scoping
4

Scope and setup quote

Website scope is defined and a setup quote is issued.

  • Define required pages and content structure
  • Confirm deliverables and timeline
  • Review setup fee quote
5

Pay setup fee

The build starts after setup payment is received.

  • Payment confirms the project start
  • Setu schedules your production build
6

Setu builds your website

Setu builds and configures your site in about 30 days.

  • Design and page structure are implemented by Setu
  • Content and implementation are prepared for review
7

Review before launch

You review the built site and approve launch readiness.

  • Submit revision feedback if needed
  • Confirm final approval
8

Activation and deployment

Subscription activates after build period, then Setu deploys your site.

  • Site is deployed by Setu
  • CMS and full dashboard access are enabled after activation
  • Team invites become available only after setup is paid, site is built, and subscription is active

Who handles what

Clear ownership across onboarding and launch

Setu handles

  • Demo and onboarding review
  • Website scoping and setup plan
  • Site build and deployment
  • Platform operations and reliability
  • CMS access once your account is fully active

You handle

  • Provide goals, brand assets, and content inputs
  • Attend the demo and confirm scope decisions
  • Pay setup fee to start build
  • Review the built site before launch

How editing works after activation

Setu CMS uses structured editing

Content is managed in a fixed structure: Page to Section to Element.

AI can suggest changes, ask clarifying questions, and wait for your approval before applying anything.

AI does not act on its own.
