Security & Reliability Proof

Evidence that security and reliability aren't promises—they're measurable, documented practices. Real incident reports, backup test results, patch timelines.

Evidence

"We're secure" means nothing. Show your work. These documents and reports show how security and reliability work in practice.

Real incident timelines. Real backup test results. Real patch schedules. Real uptime metrics. If we can't show you the evidence, we're not doing it.

Real documentation

Incident response reports

When something goes wrong, we document it. What happened, how long it took to respond, how we fixed it, what we changed to prevent it.

Backup test results

Backups only work if you test them. We test recovery regularly. Results show backup success, restore time, and data integrity.

Security patch timeline

When vulnerabilities are announced, we patch. Timeline shows when patch was available, when we deployed it, affected systems.

Access control audit

Who has access to what. Audit log shows when permissions changed, who made the change, why. Full accountability.

Uptime and availability

Uptime percentage measured over time. Incident timeline shows when issues occurred and how long they lasted.

Compliance documentation

Standards met, controls implemented, audit results. Documentation shows what we do and how we verify we're doing it.

What to look for

Real dates and numbers

Reports show specific dates, times, and metrics. Not vague. "We respond quickly" means nothing. "Average response time 14 minutes" means something.

Regular test cycles

Backups tested monthly? Weekly? Patches deployed on schedule? Regular cycles show maturity. Sporadic activity shows problems.

Transparency on incidents

Do they publish incident reports? Do they explain what went wrong and how they fixed it? Transparency is how you build trust.

Measurable improvements

After an incident, what changed? Response time improved? Preventions added? Show your work. Evidence matters.

Proof matters more than promises.
